There is no question that ozone is one of the most intense and powerful healing modalities in existence. Ozone saunas are one of the most effective ways to apply ozone. However, for Lyme disease sufferers, ozone saunas are often the cause of very intense healing reactions. This is especially the case in people who have mercury poisoning - and, Lyme sufferers often do have mercury poisoning because heavy metals and infections are synergistic problems.

Recently, people have been reporting that the ozone saunas may be too much to handle. It probably depends a lot on individual circumstances, maybe a poll will help us sort this out.

Hello- This is my first time here and my first time blogging. I have never heard of the ozone sauna, however, I have been getting ozone treatments now for about 2 years now here on the east coast. Does any one know if the ozone sauna is here on the east coast? If so - where? I'm up for trying it.

I currently go once a month now for Ozone treaments. I breath it and have it in my ears. It's been helping a great deal. I also had all of the fillings in my teeth changed out and have since done a full body detox and what an improvement it made for me. I was chronic with Lyme but now living much easier. I'm still working on making life style changes but I do much better with lots of little steps then large strides.
