Hi,
I am filling my own empty capsules with Cat's Claw. 1/4 t. Raintree Cat's Claw in a 00 size capsule = a 500 mg capsule. I find it about 10 times less expensive to fill my own. I'm using the CAP M QUICK capsule filling device. I can make 50 at a time. I'm wondering if anyone has another filling device that they like? I'd especially like to hear from someone who has used the CAP M QUICK method and now has something they like even better.
