We are talking to adults (18 and over) who have chronic Lyme disease. If you qualify and are selected, you will be paid $50 for participating in a 1-hour phone interview in May or June 2010 to help improve information about diagnosis and treatment.

To be interviewed, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have had chronic Lyme disease for more than 1 year
