After being on the JEMSEK protocol for two weeks, I had the edge taken off my symptoms. Now, two days after stopping meds (and I'm off for 2 weeks which scares the %$#@ out of me), my symptoms have already returned with a vengeance.
So, I'm researching and researching and wondering about all these other possibilities. Where the heck does one start?
So many websites blast colloidal silver and miracle mineral solution..."poisoning the human body!" they say.
I don't know what to do. All I know is that I've been treated with antibiotics now three separate treatment sessions-three different protocols. The first two didn't work, and it's probably too early to tell about the third. So now what?
I'm staying positive and trying to create humor amidst my fear and doubt, brain fog and pain. My daughters and I have been able to come up with our own meanings for the abbreviations above which at least make me laugh a little. MMS: medical money-sink DMSO: dumb mind sucking organism CS: co-infections stink
My ten year old made me include the WEML. (whatever major loser)
Anyway, where to start? Herbs? Silver? Mineral? Roots? Extracts? Rife? It's just as confusing and money-sucking as the antibiotics and LLMD charges. What is the best first try?????
Some ideas of cost-efficient, high effectiveness alternative therapies would be appreciated. And also, please feel free to include your own definitions of the abbreviations!

Hello Rachel, We,re a pretty large group of people with only one motive here in mind and thats to get well. maybe start to read about the people who are getting better. Know-one here can tell you what to do or how the treat....(lawsuits) Most all of us have know interest in making money here.
I bought a used book on amazon.com "DMSO NATURE'S HEALER" By Morton Walker. A Great book. Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) Also there's Dr. Stanley Jacob's Laboratory. http://www.dmso.org/ or http://www.jacoblab.com.
And Jim Humble and his MMS at http://www.miraclemineral.org Read about some of the ways people are mixing MMS and DMSO.
Read about Rife and Lyme, look into the coilmachine and others. You can find a good used one on ebay.com You can read my post here on many, many years of Dr.s Meds "NONE HELPED ME AT ALL"....? And I've been to many, many MD's read the posts.
I'm 80% to 90% better only because of this web/site and the books I read that help me get well.

I did 3 years of antibiotics (been off for years now). I'm still taking Nutramedix products (there is the Cowden protocol). I also like Buhner's "Healing Lyme" herbs. That seems to work alright for me.
I also did ADS200 (a brand of colloidal silver). It seems to work well with infections. I never heard of colloidal silver poisoning the body. Some CS will turn your skin blue if taken long enough (but no other side effects). ADS200 claims it will not turn skin blue.
Not too sure about MMS. I'll keep watching Steve.
There is a lot out there. Keep trying until you find something that works.
Take care, Rich (skiweasel7)
P.S. I've been advised by a LLMD not to try MMS or Rife on my son. Since you have a 10 year old, I'd thought I'd pass that along.

I have heard about taking MMS but have been a little afraid to take it do to the fact that it kills both the good and bad bacteria. I have been treating my lyme naturally without any antibiotics or anything that will kill my good and bad bacteria. So I guess I don't know for sure if the MMS kills both.
