Ingredients:

(3) cups good bottled water
(1) onion diced (organic)
(1) Cup organic carrots, shredded or finely chopped
(2) cups shredded cabbage, organic
(1) teaspoon sea salt
(1)tablespoon lemon juice, organic and freshly squeezed
(2) cups mashed potatoes (organic)

Instructions:

Combine water with raw vegetables and bring to a boil. Season with salt, cover and simmer about 30 minutes, until vegetables are tender. In a blender, coarse blend some of the begetables with some of the cooking liquid and return to the pot. Add lemon juice. Simmer. Serve hot with spoonfuls of seasoned mash potatoes dropped into soup.
