Hi Connie,

I to am a member of the "Lyme Club". I just found your blog and am really enjoying your videos. It is nice to not have to read information for a change. Just curious, why are you living in Costa Rica?

Thanks,

Hi Kaye,

I am glad you are enjoying the videos! I know what you mean about how nice it is to be able to hear information instead of read it! I have gone through periods with Lyme when I didn't want to read anything--and that's pretty bad, considering I am a writer, too!

I came down to Costa Rica initially for a house-sitting job. I decided to stay because I liked San Jose enough and financially, I had fewer burdens b/c it's cheaper than the States. And I wanted to see how it would affect my health.

I tend to have less muscle pain here than I did in Denver, and less breathing difficulties, but it hasn't significantly affected how I feel overall.

While I like the people and the city, I don't like the weather that much! The temperature is perfect but it rains 9 months out of the year! Hadn't counted on that.

Anyway, I hope you are progressing nicely in your healing journey!

Take care,

Connie

Hi Connie,

Thanks for making these videos. I also really like to watch stuff about Lyme rather than reading because like many Lymies I suffer from a lot of mental fatigue and reading just wears me out so I am totally digging the videos. The information you provide is very easy to follow. Hope you continue to feel better. Thanks again.

Hi Thane,

Thanks for the compliment! I am glad that my videos have been beneficial to you. Even though I am a writer, I know how fatiguing it can be to read.

I wish you well in your healing!

Take care, Connie
