With myself in my 2nd week of doxy and my daughter just finishing her month long doxy regimen and my dog dying 2 days ago probably as a result of Lyme's, I am ready for something healthier. I have a list of homeopathic remedies but am wondering who else has tried this route and what their results have been.

A Chiropractor I know of tried Oil of Oregano Capsules which is supposed to be a superb natural antibiotic. He himself had much success with this. I myself tried it and did not have any results. I now have a Groshong tube and am recieving 2 IV's daily. One is Ceftriaxoine and the other is Zithromax. A good thing to do in conjunction with Anti-biotic therapy is herbal therapy. Check out The Green Herb. You can do an on line profile. They really know what they are doing and they can help! http://www.thegreenherb.com/index2.htm Best to you, Lisa
Skitter, I almost died afew weeks ago from taking 1 Amoxicillin. I have no small intestines from Lyme-was dehydrated and had hypothermia. I've been to 4 doctors in 10 days and finally went to a Natural Physican. After my 2nd visit, I started on vitamins, minerals and herbs. He worked with electromagnetics, lights, acupressure. I feel like I have 1/2 my life back after one week! Next, we're working on my 'short circuits'. The Neuropsychiatric's. After 15 yrs. I have hope!
I am really sorry for your family and to hear about your dog. Pam
It definitely alleviated a lot of symptoms for me - it balanced my circadian rhythm, normalized my urination and bowel movements, and other things. But the improvements only lasted the 3 days I was on it. I then did it again 2 weeks later and had good results again, but not as much as the first time.
Please go to the link above and rate this protocol if you have tried it yourself. Thanks!
