This video describes different Lyme neuro toxin binders and other aspects of detoxification in Lyme disease. The video was initially 13 minutes but has been cut short due to space constraints. In the last few minutes, I described heavy metal toxin binders, which will be discussed in an upcoming video.
You can do coffee enemas everyday. I usually brew 3 tbsp of coffee per 12 ounces of water, but you might want to start with a weaker formulation first to see how your body reacts. If the enema doesn't seem to work, then try adding more coffee. I have not done Dr. Cutler's mercury protocol but I know he is an expert on mercury chelation and his chelators are thought to be quite effective. Some of them, however, carry side effects, and the protocol are a bit inconvenient and expensive, so I have always used other agents for chelation, like PCA-rx, chlorella with cilantro, and NDF. I hope this helps!
You had mentioned how beneficial juicing is to supporting the liver and detoxing the body. Did you have to be careful about using vegetables that were high in sugar content like beets and carrots? Wouldn’t this promote yeast growth?
I have not had problems with yeast growth as a result of carrots and beets. It has more been an issue with me with grains and dairy. I have not heard about others developing yeast problems as a result of these vegetables, either, but some people may be particularly sensitive. A good product to try if you suspect yeast to be a problem is Tri-Guard Plus by Oxygen Nutrition. It is a safe, natural product and works well.
You can do enemas any time of day, though you might start the day off with more energy if you do them in the AM!
Juicing for detox...beets, carrots, cucumbers, celery, spinach, garlic, and cabbage are all loaded with nutrients. This isn't the most delicious drink, but it is powerful! (If you make it, dilute it with some water and drink slowly. Otherwise, the concentration of nutrients may be too much for the gut). For a tastier drink, if you can tolerate fruits, you could mix apples or berries with celery or one of the other veggies, along with some ginger (or other spices) There are other combinations, but these are the ones I know of off the top of my head. Thanks!
