Respiratory/Lung TEA for Mucas & Congestion

1 part comfrey root
1 part mullein
1 part chickweed
1 part marshmallow
1 part lobelia.
I make this into a tea.

This exceedingly helpful in discharging mucus
secretions from the bronchopulmonary passages.

Suggested use: for adult.
As a tea: 1 cup 2-3 x a day
