Willo, a member of our community, suggested that we have an area for members to introduce themselves. So here it is! Please feel free to introduce yourself in this forum as well, by clicking "new topic" at the top of the page.
About Bryan Rosner:
A native California resident, Bryan Rosner contracted Lyme Disease in San Luis Obispo where he went to college. After finding that no suitible educational materials were available for Lyme Disease, Bryan teamed up with physicians and researchers around the globe to produce and publish Lyme-related resources. Bryan Rosner works as a journalist and lives in the mountains of Northern California with his wife Leila.
(I will update this with a more thorough / interesting profile in the near future).

I'm Purpleiris, F 62; I self-diagnosed lyme disease June 2004, probably had it 9 months earlier. I have a light case. I was on one antibiotic after another, but didn't feel I was starting to get well till I added herbals, 3/4 year ago. I'm pleased with my regime; it keeps me functioning, mostly normal. Here's my recipe: Biaxin, 500 mg 2/day Plaquenil, 200 mg, 2/day Polygonum, 1 mg 4/day Andrographis, 500 mg, 4/day Teasel root extract, 1/4 tsp, 1 or 2/day Allimax, 1800 mg, 4/day 1/4 tsp 5-mushroom extract, 1 or 2/day Cistus incanus, tea, obtained from Germany, not sold in in the US as far as I know

Hi Bryan, Thanks for putting this website together and for helping all of us who have been touched by lyme disease. It means so much to me! Finally I have a place to go where I can talk to other people who totally understand what I am going through! I will post my profile soon... been in quite a fog lately and everytime I try to write about myself it comes out disorganized. Waiting for a good day!
