Hi, It's nice to be "on board" with you all. I've been using the Stephen Buhner protocol but not that long. I do get very achy as I continue to go up on doses weekly and I understand that means "bugs" are being killed off and creating the Herx symptoms. I have been very pleased at how effective the Natures Way brand of Sarsasparilla 425 mg. is in blocking those Herx symptoms. It is a major contributor to helping me to be more comfortable and productive. I've been on 3 of the herbs 4 x day for about six weeks. Just obtained the Resveratrol 2 weeks ago so I'm still very early in treatment.

Hi Kristin, I'm new to the site and glad to be on with people on a similar journey.
I've been on part of the program for 2 months, 3 weeks with Resveritro and still gradually increasing dosages. Every time I up the dose, I do get very achy. I understand this means "bugs" are being killed off. My doc thinks I've had Lyme for 10 years. Have the typical horror story of trying to get a diagnosis. I find the Sarsaparilla helpful in promoting mental clarity, increasing energy and decreasing aches and pains and keeping me functioning. My mood has been better- more even (but don't ask my husband - ha!!!!)

CAPSULE FILLING DEVICES
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone using a capsule filling device would share their experiences. I'm looking for a product that can fill at least 50 and up to 200 empty capsules to make my Cat's Claw capsules? Right now I'm using a Cap M Quick devide that fills 50 caps. There is something called THE CAPSULE MACHINE that looks interesting but it only fills 25 caps at a time. It is 10x less expensive to fill the caps myself. Looking forward to and appreciate your comments. Thanks, Elaine

Hi,
I finally found all the different herbs (that I'm taking) in the protocal on a site called iherb.com. They offer a standardized 400 mg Andrographis by Planetary Herbals, SN Resveratrol 100, Raintree Cat's Claw and I think they also carry Natures way Sarsaparilla. There prices are about the best I have found.
I traveled a similar path to you where I did a year of Antibioics and didn't want to continue on long term antibiotic use. I'm really glad my doctor directed me to Stephen Buhner's book.
Good luck
Elaine
